Benefits

Primes and fills in surfaces to best prepare for SuperTherm®.

Base
coat over concrete, blocks, tar, wood, asphalt shingles, fibreglass
shingles, polyurethane foam or any substrate that is dry by nature.

Applied to all roofing, whether flat or inclined, new or retrofit
construction, on most surface types.

Stops
mould and mildew growth.

USDA
approved for use in and around food preparation areas.

20+year lifespan under normal conditions.

Rough
in texture and normally white in colour, although it can be tinted
to any colour desired.

Base
coat over substrates to improved performance of the topcoat

coat over substrates to reduce costs for topcoat.

seams on mobile homes.

Over
seam cracks on new home construction.

As a
base coat over porous or dry surfaces to reduce costs.

Can be
combined with MULTI-MESH MEMBRANE to form a flat roofing system.
Application
Although
SuperBase (HS) can be applied by non-professionals, SC2 Trading

Preparation
-
Surface must be clean and completely dry, with no loose debris or
particles, rust, dirt, oil, films or residues of any kind. SuperBase
(HS) will cover previous coatings if they are fully adhered to the
surface.

Mechanically stir.
Application methods
-
Airless or pot sprayed: apply in one coat using crosshatch method.
-
Roller or brush: apply in two coats.
-
Add an
additional coat for vertical surfaces.
